Return Policy

• We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping.
• To initiate a return, please submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund process and arrange a pickup of your order.Please note, courier charges will be applicable on the reverse pickup in case you choose to return the item. Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.Returns are typically received and inspected within 7–10 business days. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping cost, courier charges for the reverse pick-up or gift wrapping charges) or a store credit voucher in the form of Gift Cards, valid for future purchases. COD order refunds require bank details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you can still initiate a return—provided the product remains unopened and in its original packaging.
